My Records

Your own private ledger of what you spent and what came back. Everything on this page stays in your browser: no account, no upload, nothing shared.

Records are kept in your browser's local storage. Clearing browser data, using private browsing or switching device will make them unavailable, so use Backup & Restore to keep a copy you control.

How to use the Recorder well

A ledger is only as useful as it is complete. Record entries as they happen rather than at the end of the month, include the entries you would rather forget, and put the return at zero rather than skipping the row when nothing came back. A record set with the losses missing produces a comforting number instead of a true one.

The optional number field is there for reconciliation: it lets you match an entry against a draw page later. The note field is free text for anything else you want to remember. Neither is required, and neither is used for anything other than displaying and searching your own data.

When you want the monthly picture rather than the row-by-row one, open P/L Summary, and set a limit in Budget Control if you want the total measured against something.
