In this version, everything you enter — records, notes, numbers, amounts and your budget setting — is stored in your own browser's local storage under a namespaced, versioned key. It is not transmitted to a server, it is not associated with an account, and it is not visible to anyone operating this site.

No account is required and none is offered. There is no sign-up or email address collected for using the tools, and analytics does not receive the contents of your local Recorder data.

Local storage is tied to the browser and device you used. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, or switching to another browser or device will make your records unavailable, and there is no copy anywhere for anyone to restore.

Because of that, exporting a backup file is strongly recommended, particularly before clearing browser data or changing device. The backup page produces a plain JSON file that you keep and control.

Deleting individual records removes them immediately. To remove everything, clear this site's data in your browser settings, which erases the stored records and budget setting entirely. There is no server-side copy to request the deletion of.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage and the migration journey from the older My 4D Recorder Haus site. Analytics can record page visits and limited action events such as opening the Tracker, clicking a Tracker link, successfully saving a record, or successfully restoring a backup. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and may process technical information such as browser, device, network and IP-address information in order to provide measurement and security functions.

Tracker contents are excluded from analytics. We do not intentionally send recorded numbers, amounts, notes, provider choices, budget values or the contents of backup files. The record itself remains in your browser; an analytics event only indicates that an action occurred.

This site may use Google AdSense to display advertising on eligible publisher-content pages. When Google ads are enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may place and read cookies in your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers as a consequence of serving and measuring ads.

Google uses advertising cookies to help serve ads. Where permitted, Google and its advertising partners may use those cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this site and/or other websites. Depending on your location, consent choices and Google settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Google also explains how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services on its partner-sites information page.

Personal tools such as the Recorder, P/L summary, budget and backup pages are excluded from advertising placements by design. We do not intentionally pass the contents of your local records to Google for ad personalization. If additional third-party advertising vendors or ad networks are introduced later, this policy will be updated to identify them and provide relevant privacy or opt-out information.

Where applicable law or Google policy requires consent before certain advertising or measurement technologies are used, the site will present the required consent choices and honour the resulting signal. Refusing personalized advertising does not prevent the site from showing non-personalized or limited ads where those formats are permitted.
